Binary Game 2.1 release announcement, but here it is!
Binary Game version 2.1 is now available on the iTunes App Store, for 99 cents!
What’s new in version 2.0 and 2.1:
- Brand new awesome design - completely redesigned the game
- New Mode: “Daily Mode” - Our most competitive mode yet!
- New Binary Game icon
- Daily Leaders are now displayed in the home screen (provided you have internet access)
- Various speed and optimization enhancements
Daily Mode:
Daily Mode plays just like Speed Mode, so you must complete 15 consecutive non-stop rounds as fast as possible. The only difference is that you only get once chance per day to do it. So once you begin Daily Mode, you must complete your game because you cannot restart it!
Everyone who plays Daily Mode gets the same 15 numbers to solve. It’s the ultimate test, to see who really is the best. The Daily Challenge scores can be found here!

It’s hard to believe, but Adam has managed to dethrone @lupka from the Speed Mode All-Top high scores list.
Here is a video of a 16.6 second run by Adam (to prove that he is human) :

The big 2.0 update has been submitted to Apple is now pending approval. Hopefully within the next week it should be going live.

At some point last night Binary Game passed 20,000 scores submitted to the online leader boards!
To be exact, as of this moment 20,592 score have been recorded!
I am working hard on Binary Game 2.0 which will bring a new competitive mode and a redesign of the interface.. No worries though, the game buttons are still located on the same spot on the screen so you won’t have to get used to playing differently.
Hoping to be able to submit version 2.0 to Apple for review within the next 24 hours!

Remember the last video I posted of @lupka rockin’ Speed Mode in about 21 seconds? Yeah, that was awesome!
Here’s a new video of a 19 second game. This time, @lupka uses swipe (in version 1.5 and higher) and totally kills it!
Since then, @lupka has hit the 15 second mark, and a bunch of new players broke that 20 second barrier. Unfortunately for me, I am not on of them :/ I am still at the 24 second mark.

Just as the title suggests, Apple has approved Binary Game 1.5!
This new version adds a new exciting feature to the game. You can now swipe across switches to turn them ON or OFF, as well as touch. It might take you a game or two to get used it, but from our tests you should be able to improve your best speed mode time by 3-7 seconds, and be able to get a few levels further in challenge mode!

Binary Game version 1.5 is available now for purchase from the Apple App Store.
Binary Game ver 1.5 has been submitted to Apple for review.
The new version brings the first big change in game play. When it’s (hopefully) approved by Apple and you download the update, you will be able to swipe across switches to turn them ON or OFF, as well as tap. Swiping across the switches will make it a lot easier when you get those annoying numbers like 254 or 255. While testing out this new feature I found myself not only getting faster but learning new patterns with certain numbers.
Challenge mode in version 1.5 should be less laggy and more responsive for anyone who might have experienced an issue in the past.
Binary Game is now using the latest version of the Facebook SDK, which fixed the very annoying display bug where the facebook prompts would “jump” or “rorate” if your device was tilted.
Look for this update soon. I’ll post here when it becomes available.

I am very excited to announce that Binary Game 1.2 with Facebook Connect is now available at Apple’s App Store!

Binary Game v1.2 is one of the very fist Apps to enable Facebook Connect.
What does this mean?
Facebook users can now login to Facebook from within Binary Game and compete directly against their friends. When a new high score is achieved and a user has defeated the score of their friends, they will now be able to post a social action on Facebook telling all their Facebook friends of their achievement. This new social feature brings a whole new level of competition to Binary Game and iPhone apps!
Touch the blue Facebook “Connect” button to bring up the Facebook login prompt:

When you play a game and you get a high score beating some of your friends, publish the feed story on Facebook:
Now, everyone on Facebook can see your new achievement, and your friends can try to beat your score. You can now view Facebook high scores with our new Facebook Application. From there you can check out the Facebook leader boards to see how you rank against other Facebook Players, or just view YOUR FRIENDS high scores and see how well you are doing against them.

A few days ago I submitted version 1.2 of Binary Game to Apple for Review.
While I can’t say what this new version will bring, what I can say that it will be pretty HUGE!

Oh, and while you’re waiting, pass the word that Binary Game rocks! 
Last night Binary Game version 1.1 was approved and became available on the iTunes App Store.
What’s new in this version:
- If you are connected to WiFi or EDGE/3G, scores are automatically submitted to the the global high score list. (You now only have to manually sync your Top 5 scores if you played while you were not connected to the internet)
- Global High Scores are now viewable directly from within Binary Game. Just click “Global Scores” from the “View High Scores” menu.
- At the end of each Speed or Challenge mode you are no longer taken back to the Main Menu. You are now put back in the game mode you were playing.
Don’t forget to check out the crazy competition on the online leader boards. Remember, Daily High Scores are reset at MIDNIGHT eastern, every night! Soon we’re going to be featuring players that win the top spot each day!
